Lillian is a fictional character from the After novel series written by Anna Todd. She met Hardin Scott while he was on vacation with his family and Tessa. She advised him to treat Tessa better.

Lillian is outspoken, confident, smart, and endearing. She has a big heart and doesn't hesitate to reach out to people she thinks needs her help or guidance. Lillian is also wise beyond her years. She bonded with Hardin, much to his initial disdain, and attempted to advise him with his relationship drama. She can be a little naive but her fierce nature and thick skin protect her from taking anything to heart.

- Lillian can be considered the mirror image of Tessa since they look and act very similar.
