Noah Porter is a fictional character in the After series written by Anna Todd. He was the first boyfriend of Tessa Young, and they were together during more than two years.
In the film adaptations, he is portrayed by Dylan Arnold.
History[]
Early Life[]
Noah was born on July 25, 1995, in Richland, Washington.[1] He grew up on the same block as Tessa Young and was raised by both his mother and father as an only child. Over the years, he became one of Tessa’s closest childhood friends, and their friendship eventually developed into a romantic relationship during their high school years.
Early Adulthood[]
At the beginning of After, Noah was 17 years old, close to turning 18, and still a high school senior, which prevented him from accompanying Tessa to Washington Central University.
Physical Appearance[]
Noah is described to be an American of Caucasian ethnicity. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He is physically built and dresses in a preppy fashion style. He always wears his signature cardigan and loafers that Hardin believes he purchases from the Gap. Hardin describes him to possibly fit in perfectly with his fraternity brothers because of his appearance.

Noah is a true gentleman and prefers to stay true to tradition. He believes in waiting until marriage to have sex. Noah is also very athletic and plays various sports.
